Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker ( USS ) made yet another stop in Barrie @ The Mansion Nightclub. This was the first night of their Highway to Health tour across Western Canada. It's always fun to see USS play live and even better in a small venue. Along with them were The Ascot Royals on warm up duty.

One of the Highlights of Canadian Music Week are the Indie Awards. The 2010 edition featured performances by Constantines , Great Lake Swimmers , The Rural Alberta Advantage , Plants and Animals , Desperate Union and Burnz N Hell.

Steam Whistle held it's 13th Unsigned Event in the last two years. It was the most attended event they've had and featured Dinosaur Bones, Everything All The Time and Make Your Exit.
